When will I receive my exchange vouchers for ski passes and/or other services?

Once your stay is fully paid, you will receive your exchange vouchers by email no later than one week before your arrival in Valloire. If you have not received them before your departure, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Please make sure to read and print the documents we send, as they contain all the information you need to fully enjoy your booked services.
