How does my arrival work?
For any classic weekday stay Saturday/Saturday or Sunday/Sunday, short stay, stay with free dates:
You will find the contact details of the person in charge of key collection on your ACCOMMODATION voucher in the "How and Where to collect your keys" section.
This document was sent to you by email on the day you paid the balance of your stay. If you have not received it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
We do not hand over keys ourselves. Before your arrival, we put you in contact with the person in charge of key collection (real estate agency, owner, or concierge service). People in charge of key collection make every effort to provide you with the keys from 4:00 p.m. However, during peak season — and we sincerely apologize for this—waiting times may be longer than usual due to the high number of arrivals at the resort.
- By default, check-ins are from 4:00 PM and check-outs are before 10:00 AM
- For late arrivals, you must contact the person in charge of key collection a few days before your arrival to notify them
- In case of delay on the day of arrival, please notify your key collection before 6:00 PM
