How does my arrival work?
For any classic weekday stay Saturday/Saturday or Sunday/Sunday, short stay, stay with free dates:
- By default, check-ins are from 4:00 PM and check-outs are before 10:00 AM
- For late arrivals, you must contact the person in charge of key collection a few days before your arrival to notify them
- In case of delay on the day of arrival, please notify your key collection before 6:00 PMYou will find the contact details of the person in charge of key collection on your ACCOMMODATION voucher in the "How and Where to collect your keys" section.

We do not hand over keys ourselves. Before your arrival, we put you in contact with the person in charge of key collection (real estate agency, owner, or concierge service). People in charge of key collection make every effort to provide you with the keys from 4:00 p.m. However, during peak season — and we sincerely apologize for this—waiting times may be longer than usual due to the high number of arrivals at the resort.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Bed linen and towels are not provided unless specified in your accommodation description. Pillows, blankets and duvets are included. You can easily book linen and towel rental through your customer account or by contacting us at +33 (0)4 79 59 00 22.
Is end-of-stay cleaning included?
End-of-stay cleaning is not included unless specified in your accommodation description. You are responsible for cleaning before departure, but you can request this service from your key handover contact for an additional fee.
Who should I contact if I have a problem in my accommodation?
Please contact the person or agency who gave you the keys. Their contact details are listed on your ACCOMODATION voucher (“How and Where to collect your keys”)
Who do I contact for check-in/check-out?
Please contact the person who gave you the keys on arrival. Their phone number is on your accommodation voucher in the section (“How and Where to collect your keys”).
If you have made a secure deposit via the Swikly platform, you will receive an email on the day of your arrival (and also on the day of your departure) to submit photos and leave comments for the owner.

Are pets allowed in my rental?
Pets are not always accepted by our property owners. We specify this in each listing description.
When searching, you can select the “pets allowed” filter under the amenities/services section on the left side of your screen. Each rental that allows pets also displays a pet icon (dog's drawing).
