Logement très dégradé et extrêmement sale lors de l’arrivée (dans sa globalité : poils d’animaux partout (coussins, couvertures…), traces de pattes sur la literie, sols collants, douche qui ne s’évacue pas avec remontées d’eau et autres…).2h de ménage après 12h de route.

Accueil déplorable : la personne chargée de nous remettre les clés n'a pas voulu nous accompagner jusqu'à l'appartement, invoquant le fait que ça glissait, nous a donc guidé par téléphone jusqu'à la résidence (dans le noir), en nous avertissant que la porte du box souterrain ne s'ouvrait pas ...
