L'appartement est très agréable. Cependant, l'échelle menant à la mezzanine présente un risque. En cas d'urgence, il serait difficile de descendre ou de passer l'échelle. Elle bloque au moins la moitié du couloir. Pour des raisons de sécurité, nous ne louerions pas cet appartement à nouveau.
