le volet extérieur de l'appartement était cassé et ne permettait pas sa fermeture complète d’où sensation de froid la nuit ce dysfonctionnement ne me semble pas récent aussi je regrette le manque de réactivité il en est de même d'un signalement d'une ampoule HS lors d'un précèdent état des lieux
