I need to cancel services before or on the day of arrival. Can I get a refund?
We guarantee a refund for any unused services (excluding ski lessons). You will need to return the exchange vouchers for the unused services. Refunds are processed after your stay, within 4 weeks, by credit to your credit card or by bank transfer.
