desequilibré pour la surface des 3 chambres
sale de bain un peu defraichie , avec forte odeur de remontée egout .. à ameliorer vraiment
très bien situé vis à vis magasin, activité sculpures neige et accès pistes/ materiel de ski

Salle de bain à rénover totalement et rapidement en veillant à l'élimination des mauvaises odeurs
Coin salon inadapté pour 6 personnes (prévoir des poufs par exemple)
