très bien situé, bien équipé mais vieillissant. Les parties communes : étage bien, rez de chaussée dégradé, casiers a skis difficiles d'accès, en très mauvais état et odeur de cuisine, graisse permanente écoeurante du au restaurant a côté. Pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres du logement du a l'odeur.

Taille adaptée pour un séjour agréable à 4 personnes. Le balcon est un plus non négligeable qui apporte du confort.
Concernant la literie, celle-ci semble usagée et nécessiterait d'être changée.
Situé dans une rue commerçante, le logement est assez bruyant (isolation phonique des fenêtres)
