Décoration et équipements anciens. résidence qui manque d'entretien (ascenceur, hammam, ...). Le bruit provoqué par les nombreux passages dans l'escalier (même sans chaussures de ski) qui résonne dans l'appartement, et notamment la chambre qui jouxte la cage d'escalier
