La plomberie est à revoir : lavabo un peu bouché, fuite dans la baignoire, fuite dans l'évier.
Le lit n'est pas confortable, le matelas glisse sur le sommier. Les oreillers à changer.
Assez de rangement pour 2 personnes seulement.
Dans l'ensemble, logement très agréable, très bien situé, belle vue
