Le logement en lui même correspondait au descriptif. Par contre la prestation comprenait l'accès à un spa. Or ce spa n'était absolument pas conforme au descriptif. Il était vétuste, sans éclairage. Le sauna était hors d'usage depuis très longtemps et le jacuzzi inutilisable dès le lundi.
