South-East facing balcony (7m²). Residential carpark (no designated space). Shared laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer available) with extra charge.
In addition, bread and pastries are delivered by LE FOURNIL DES BERGERS (for 6 or 7 days).
Winter: Individual ski locker and shared & secure ski boot room (with boot dryer).
Summer: Shared garden (100m²) with garden furniture, swing, slide, ping-pong table and table football, 2 barbecues and 1 gas plancha. Bike shed.
