Bedroom 4 (16m²): 3 single beds (3x80cm) including 2 which can be pushed together
Cabin (4m²): 1-seater sofa bed
On the 2nd floor: TV lounge with convertible sofa (160cm)

The south facing garden level includes:
- a closed kitchen: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator (600l)/freezer (400l). A 2nd fridge/freezer is located in the bathroom/laundry room.
- a fully vaulted living room of 100m² including a lounge area with insert (wood provided) and sofas, an English billiard table, a large dining room
- a 2nd dining room (20m²) and a 2nd living room (13 m²)
