Un accueil mal organisé, la madame nous a dit de l'appeler 10min avant notre arrivée, mais nous avons attendu 1h avant la remise des clés et ce n'était même pas la dame en question. Les seules fois où nous l'avons appelé, c'était un échange très désagréable, elle nous prenait de haut.
